Welcome to Foodie POS. These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription and use of the Foodie POS Point of Sale system, kitchen displays, Tableside QR ordering modules, and cloud analytics dashboards provided by SB Dev Studio. By activating an account or utilizing our software, you agree to comply with these terms.
Foodie POS is licensed as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription. Your active subscription records dictate the exact limits of your restaurant networks:
Exceeding these limits requires a subscription tier upgrade or custom plan configuration enabled on your branch outlet.
Merchants are solely responsible for configuring accurate tax percentages and providing legal GSTIN identifiers, corporate names, and state routes.
Foodie POS automatically computes order totals, tax amounts, and rounding adjustments based on your custom rule configurations. SB Dev Studio holds no responsibility for incorrect tax filings or cashier splitting differences logged in payment splits tracking.
Foodie POS utilizes a local device cache allowing cashiers to take orders offline during internet drops. Merchants acknowledge that:
All application software layouts, interactive cashiers simulation panels, database structures, and kitchen ticket routing configurations are the exclusive intellectual property of **SB Dev Studio** and its founder **Sharnabh Banerjee**. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or build duplicate products using our codebases without an explicit Enterprise white-label license contract.
While we run on top-tier cloud backbones (Vercel, Supabase) ensuring highly scalable uptimes, Foodie POS is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. SB Dev Studio is not liable for business revenue losses, receipt printer hardware failures, or staff billing latency arising from server outages, third-party network glitches, or regional internet blocks.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
